I'm trying to find a "Rusk Hospital" in Texas. It's a state mental hospital of some sort.?
Q. Where exactly in TX is it & does anybody have any links/info or their website? We live in Houston so I think that would be the closest state mental hospital. I've also heard of one in San Antonio. I want my daughter to get the help she needs once & for all. She is 31 & has been in & out of Dr's offices & hospitals since she was 17. PLEASE help. She suffers from severe mood swings, panic attacks, uncontrollable crying,anxiety, fear of abandonment & depression. She constantly talks of suicide as well. 2 years ago, she was diagnosed as Borderline/Histrionic personality disorder. A. I would strongly recommend that you contact Timberlawn Mental Health System in Dallas, Texas. It is run by Colin Ross who specializes in treatment of people with severe dissociative and trauma based disorders, eating disorders and Borderline personality. Q. okay I know this is alot... I am 15 years old turning 16 next week. In the past year I have moved exactly 11 times. From Jacksonville Texas to Norman, Oklahoma to Arlington, Tx and all throughout that the triangle those three citys make. My parents divorced and my dad dragged me threw it big time. After we moved back in the same house as him we left to Oklahoma. Then he was threatening to sell the house and they had the whole divorce thing going on and my mom thought it would be smart to move closer incase she needed to act. A. What do you have to lose by giving him another chance? You're only 16, so I don't think you have too much material posessions or time to give him, but if you can fix the relationship, it'd be a win-win solution. Ease in with the trust though. Just remember - once your dad, always your dad.

A. People think it is okay to hurt animals in general because they are "just animals" which is absolute bullcrud. We need to raise the penalties for animal abuse, endangerment, and neglect. From the information provided, I do want to mention that I think the person that shot the cat and the owner of the cat should both be punished, because if the cat was inside, he would not have been in the position to be shot. The ASPCA is also working to increase penalties for animal related crimes, hopefully making these instances felanies.
